It contributes to the proper functioning of muscles, participates in the process of cell division, is necessary for normal growth and development of bones in children, important for the function of the immune system . It is needed for long-term lack of sunlight, suitable during the winter months, useful in areas with inversion and smog. The administration of vitamin D is recommended to supplement its daily needs, e.g. seniors, menopausal women, athletes, vegetarians, young people in growth.

Application

1 tablet daily (children 1/2 tablet), let dissolve in the mouth. Vitamin D3 is fat-soluble, so always take it with food with a small amount of fat, otherwise it will not get into the body.
