The ECO Cherky Biltong Cuts are inspired by traditional curing techniques such as ham, cecina or bresaola to offer you an incredibly tasty and nourishing snack.
Simple things sometimes work best. We select the best lean cuts of organic beef, season them with spices, salt, and vinegar, and then we cure them very slowly in the traditional way.
The result is slices that are very tender, very tasty, and full of nutrition.
