Ways of picking up the goods
- Personal collection in Bratislava - the goods can be picked up in person by the previous phone. Convention. The order must be paid before collection and the payment will be credited to our account.
- Courier - we send the goods within the EU to a contracted carrier. Delivery for the Slovak Republic is on the next working day, for EU countries 2-7 working days depending on the zone.
Payment methods
- Cash on delivery - for goods with an order value of up to EUR 250
- Bank transfer / deposit to an account in ČSOB - for all orders
- Payment by credit card - for all orders
- PayPal payment - for all orders
Usual delivery times
- Personal collection in Bratislava - For orders received on a working day before 10:00 am, collection is usually possible on the next working day
- Courier - Orders received on a business day before 10:00 are usually distributed on the same business day by courier with delivery on the next business day
In some cases, the delivery time may be longer, depending on the availability of goods.
General conditions
- After sending the order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email along with a pre-invoice. Your orders, including pre-invoices and invoices, are available to you at any time after logging in to your customer account.
- Each order must be paid before receipt and the payment credited to our account. In the case of cash on delivery, the customer pays the payment directly to the courier, receiving a proof of payment from him. When depositing into our account in ČSOB, a confirmation from the bank serves as proof of payment. The invoice is always in a foil with an address label affixed to the top of the package. We do not put any documents in the boxes with the goods, so you can safely send them to the end client.
