Hericium - Levia mane (Slovak: Korálovec ježovitý) is an edible, very tasty, highly prized mushroom not only in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), but also in modern clinical practice. Due to its very strong and beneficial effects, Hericium was used in monastic orders in meditations and contemplations. It grows mainly in rotting wood or in injured places of old beeches and oaks, or on lying branches. The whole fruiting body is initially white, later gradually turning pink or yellowing until it acquires a reddish-brown color. On the surface, 2-5 cm long white frayed spines grow, which densely cover the whole body - that is why in some Asian countries it is called Levia mane (English Lion's mane). It has a rich and pleasant scent. It grows very rarely in Europe.

Active substances

90 capsules x 500 mg. Net weight of the extract 45g. 1 capsule contains 500 mg of 100% pure Herica extract. It does not contain fillers or preservatives. Herbal capsules - suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Application

First week: 1 capsule in the morning about 20 minutes before breakfast.

From the second week: 1 capsule in the morning about 20 minutes before breakfast and 1 capsule in the afternoon between meals.

The capsules are best taken with lukewarm or warm liquid.
